How much time you can invest? - This is something you must decide before you go for any type of aerobic exercise to really lose weight. You see the more the weight you want to shed the more the time you should invest in your exercise. What’s your level of intensity? - What kind of an aerobic exercise are you willing to opt for. You see this is another very important aspect of losing weight using aerobics. You must go for high intensity aerobic workout if you have a lot of weight to lose and at the same time you should go for a low intensity aerobic workout if you just want to maintain your present weight.

Nothing would happen in a day- And this is the biggest and the most important key to losing weight using aerobics. You must be consistent with your workouts and do it as often as possible. Doing it today and missing it tomorrow would not help you much with your weight loss efforts.
