Do you know that you can still gain a lot of muscle without working too hard? It’s often said that you need to work very hard to see some real gains but this is not true. You can get the type of body you desire even when you are lazy. There are some secrets which are only known to a few professional body builders using which you can easily gain as muscle as you want extremely fast. Slow and steady wins the race- This is the real secret which is unknown to a lot of people out there. When you are going through your rep count from 1-10 when you go down and do the same on your way up. You see the slower you do it the more muscle mass you would see in the least amount of time and effort.

Pull in the extra one- If you keep doing the same thing every day you will keep getting the results you have always gotten. If you really want to see some real gain you must pull in the extra rep and let your muscles burn out. When you get that strong burning feeling in your muscles that’s the point where it will start to grow and show you results.

Be lazy- Well one thing which a lot of lazy people do is they sleep a lot. And guess what? The better you sleep the more gains you will see with your body. Try to get a non interrupted sleep of about 8 hours every day and if possible try to get a nap here or there. The reason behind this is that your muscles actually tend to grow while you are asleep and the better you sleep the better your results would be.
