How To Lose Weight With Aerobics

Here’s how to lose a lot of weight using aerobics without setting aside time to actually workout.

I’m sure you’re busy… just about everyone is busy these days. You don’t have time to go to the gym. You have to drive there and back fighting traffic. Maybe get changed there. And on and on and on. You have enough stress and problems to deal with, so why add another one by going to the gym and wasting all of that time going there and coming back. It’s very inefficient.

So obviously, the best thing to do is to exercise at home. But wait you’re thinking… I don’t have any equipment… equipment is too expensive to have a good workout.

Not so!

Here’s all you need…

1. a mini-trampoline, $25

2. a jump rope, $5

3. a hula hoop, $3

Not much money, huh? So what would you do with them?

Well, first off, have them handy and somewhere where you are a lot… like the living room perhaps. Now all you have to do is use one of them during tv commercials, or while you’re cooking, or for a couple minutes right before you go to the bathroom.

Make a routine of it. I do most of my exercising during tv commercials. But I also do some in-between cooking. And… I made it a habit to do an exercise for 1-2 minutes before and or after I go to the bathroom.

Those minutes add up. I usually end up doing well over 1 hour of exercising without it feeling like that. I don’t devote a chunk of time to exercising… I just do it when I have the chance and during tv commercials. Not a big deal.

That’s how you lose a lot of weight using aerobic without having to go to the gym and without making a busy schedule even more busy.
